Return Items: Due to the health and safety of our customers, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on anything that has been either unopened or opened box. we are not responsible for returns on incorrectly ordered items. 

Refund due to not arriving on time: We do not guarantee delivery times. When given a tracking number you can track your package and delivery date from there. we are not responsible for late packages arriving. Refunds will not be given by beesweetcandyshoppe.com for delivery times. 

Refund: No refunds can be processed if the order has been fulfilled.
